We have designed a customized 30 tons heavy-duty trackless transport cart for Polish customers, equipped with 8-16 pressure matched solid rubber tires, evenly distributed load-bearing, adopting an integral box girder structure with minimal deformation. It can operate on cement and epoxy floors in the workshop under full load, and can safely enter and exit the workshop slope. The customized large platform of the trolley has a large load capacity of 8000 * 2200 * 1000, with a load capacity of 30 tons. The transfer cart adopts a dual hydraulic steering method, with strong steering and smooth operation. The 30 ton transfer cart has also added a lifting function. The lifting adopts a local lifting mode at both ends of the table, which can be synchronized at both ends. One end of the table can be selected for lifting, allowing for free switching and flexible convenience. In order to ensure working hours, the transfer vehicle is also designed with a dual battery mode, which allows for free switching of power packs and meets the requirement of continuous use for 6 hours with large loads (customizable). The heavy-duty trackless transfer cart is equipped with an automatic obstacle avoidance device to increase safety, and is suitable for the transportation and transfer of heavy equipment and workpieces in large equipment manufacturing workshops such as steel structures, manufacturing workshops, and heavy industry.

Before getting inside the warehouse, all steel plates must be pretreated and testified to be qualified.
There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
