For example, in the scenario of transformer maintenance in a substation, when the transformer malfunctions and needs to be disassembled for maintenance, the trackless vehicle can directly drive under the equipment, use its own lifting function to steadily lift the transformer, and then transport it to the maintenance workshop without relying on crane lifting, avoiding the risks of equipment tilting, collision, etc. that may occur during the lifting process; During the installation process of transformers in newly built substations, trackless vehicles can directly transport transformers from transport vehicles to the installation foundation for precise alignment, greatly improving installation efficiency. For a small transformer with a self weight of 15t, a dedicated trackless lifting car can also achieve installation and docking from bottom to top, accurately aligning the installation holes and further reducing installation difficulty. In addition, in some remote areas or temporary power supply scenarios, small trackless vehicles can flexibly transport small transformers, adapt to complex outdoor environments, and provide convenient support for power operation and maintenance.
The adaptation to special scenarios further highlights the flexibility and practicality of transporting transformers on trackless vehicles. In some large transformer production enterprises, transformers need to enter and exit the drying furnace for drying treatment. Traditional air cushion vehicles find it extremely difficult to pass through the gap between the drying furnace flip plate and the ground, often requiring forklift assistance. However, trackless vehicles, with their flexible wheel system design and strong climbing ability, can easily enter and exit the drying furnace without the need for additional auxiliary equipment, greatly improving production efficiency.
