8-ton omnidirectional mobile vehicles

The two 8-ton omnidirectional mobile vehicles delivered this time are both equipped with adjustable lifting platforms, which are core transportation equipment specially designed for China Communications Construction Group (referred to as "CCCC").

Device adaptation and application scenarios

The core purpose of these two omnidirectional vehicles is to transport tooling racks. During operation, various types of goods to be transported need to be placed on the tooling racks in a standardized manner, and then the vehicles will take over the tooling racks to complete the overall transportation.

 The equipment has omnidirectional mobility and can flexibly cope with the spatial limitations of different work sites. The lifting platform can be accurately adjusted according to the height of the tooling rack and the loading requirements of the goods, ensuring stability and safety during transportation.

Transportation planning and demand matching

The project involves the regular transportation of 8 tooling racks, and two omnidirectional vehicles can flexibly allocate transportation tasks based on the on-site operation rhythm and priority of tooling rack usage.

 It can simultaneously undertake the parallel transportation of two different tooling racks, improving operational efficiency;

 Vehicles can also be allocated separately to complete specialized transportation based on the actual weight of goods and transportation distance of a single tooling rack.

 The current equipment configuration can fully cover daily work scenarios, fully meeting the core needs of China Communications Construction Company in the transportation of tooling racks, and providing reliable equipment support for the smooth progress of related engineering operations.
