Heavy-Duty Electric Transport Cart is a critical material handling solution in large-scale industrial environments. It is designed to safely, efficiently, and in a controlled manner transport large quantities of oil, natural gas (or other liquids) between different points within a facility.
From the storage area to the processing area
From the production line to the shipping and loading area
Between different stages of the manufacturing process
Its primary goal is to replace less efficient, more dangerous, or labor-intensive methods (such as forklifts with slings) or the practice of laying fixed, dedicated pipelines for each transfer.
Tanks used for storing oil and natural gas are typically rigid, cube-shaped containers, usually capable of holding 1,000 liters (275 gallons) of liquid. These tanks are mounted in heavy-duty steel cages with pallet bases, making them highly suitable for transportation by transfer carts.
Larger electric transfer carts can be customized according to the storage tanks. For larger-scale operations, custom-built storage tanks (with capacities of 2,000, 4,000, or 10,000+ liters) may be used. These tanks are usually cylindrical and require the transport cart to be equipped with custom brackets or platforms.
At the very beginning of formulating a solution, our engineers will predict the faults that might occur during the equipment utilization relying on their rich experience, and avoid quality risks in advance.
Before getting inside the warehouse, all steel plates must be pretreated and testified to be qualified.
There is quality inspection in every process. The previous process can be allowed to enter the next one only if it is qualified. The whole process inspection records must be well preserved.
Before delivery, all the transfer carts/trolleys must undergo performance test, including load forward and backward, obstacle avoidance, omnidirectional mobile, slope climbing, lifting, wireless remote control, etc.
