The 40 ton heavy-duty mold transfer cart is a custom-built heavy-duty transfer solution designed for a Spanish client, dedicated to transporting molds between the mold warehouse and press machines. Powered by a storage battery, this trolley travels directly on hardened floors and can move freely in and out of workshops. It features a 3-degree climbing capability and can easily navigate obstacles such as workshop rails and bumpers. Meanwhile, we have equipped it with multiple safety devices (including emergency brakes, audible and visual alarms, and laser obstacle avoidance systems) to fully ensure the safety of personnel, molds, and equipment.
